Remove bar on top of page with titles

Hi I deleted a few plugins and messed up my site. There is an annoying bar at the top of the page with my page titles and a search image...it covers my header and page title and looks awful. Any idea how to remove this? lovewithouttraffic.com. I don't see it on my phone only on bigger screen.
