Remove a heading & header image is bigger in Woocommerce

I am using Foodie World on a localhost and want to get rid of the Archive heading which is showing on the /blog page. Cannot see how I can do this. also, I've installed Woocommerce and when I go to /shop, the header image is larger than it is when viewing normal pages.
