Reg. posts in the widget that shwos newest posts

Regarding www.fleksjobbernetvaerket.dk - running Catch Base Pro In the left we have this widget that shows all the newest posts - but I want to hide certain posts from that list ..... Can I do that, and how do I do so? //Knud
