Reduce the height of the slider and change H1 color

Hi Great forum - it has been a huge help in my efforts to customise the Catch Everest theme. Two things elude me however: Is there any way to reduce the height of the slider How to change the color of the post titles and H1 tags Hope you can help. Thanks
