reduce space between header image and logo / menu

Dear reader, If you click on this url http://www.hagmeijer.nl/clubkampioenen/, then you will see that there is a gap between the header image and the logo / menu. I would like to know if tit is possible to reduce that gap. Kind regards Hans Hagmeijer
