Reduce height of promotion area

Hi, I was hoping you could advise how I can reduce the depth of the Promotion Area directly below the 'Book Now Online' button on the home page of my website: http://cafemint.com.au Ideally I would like the spacing to be consistent with that above 'Welcome to Café Mint'. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Brendon
