Red Line on top of Sub-menu

Hello again, domain: http://www.austinwelch.com In the desktop version of the website, mouseover the "Services" link and see that there is a thin red line (color:#e8554e) at the top of the submenu. I can not identify the css that controls this. Can you please point me in the right direction? Thanks again!
