Receiving an error on my site

Hi there, I am unable to access my site at all. Receiving the error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/content/79/10827279/html/wp-content/themes/simple-catch/functions.php on line 95 I cannot even access the admin portion of the site to try and fix this.
