Read more bloc on static page

I have a text bloc (paragraph) with a long text in a static page. I want to put the read more bloc but i can't put in at a specific place on my text. Juste below or above de text bloc. I don't want the read more to link to an external url, juste a normal continue Reading. I am using the Photofocus pro theme. Thank you very much for your help ( i am not a code user ) Sylvie
