Question about Site Activation

I'm using this on a localhost site. Each time I try to activate the license it says site is inactive. I've used "localhost", "127.0.0.1" and "http://127.0.0.1/wordpress/". Right after I purchased I had it activated and everything was fine.  I had to reinstall Bitnami Wordpress but now can't seem to get activated. Keeps saying site is inactive. Help!
