Question about migrating from the Free theme to the Pro/Premium theme

Hi! So, we just purchased Photofocus Pro and I'm about to install it. We're currently working with the free Photofocus theme. Will I need to uninstall the free theme first, before installing the pro theme? Will I need to uninstall the free theme at all? I thought I read about this somewhere but I can't find that information now. Thanks in advance!
