Q about text and colors

I am running www.fleksjobbernetvaerket.dk - a website for a nonprofit organisation in Denmark, for disabeld peple. I am running lates WP and Catch Theme. I have two quenstions: 1) in the buttom of the screen where you can see "Copyright ...." I would like to add more text. Where do I do that? 2) I-myself are visual impared and cannot identify the colors on the theme. i would like help to: The background, is that the same background color as in the unselected menu? The background where you can see the text "Copyright ....", how do i change that so it has the same color as in the unselected menu? Thanks Knud
