Putting banner ad above header

I wondered if it's possible to put a banner ad at the top of the homepage or each page on the site. it's pretty easy in a standard (old fashioned) header file but Parallax Frame's header has code I don't understand and am warned to leave alone. My site is at www.CreatedbyCrosby.com
