Purchased theme not shown on my account.

Hello, I purchased a Catch Shop Pro theme back in April 2022 and was trying to update it today (as the update notification popped on WordPress). It asked for the license key and I logged in to catch themes account section. There I saw that my purchase had failed in the purchase history, however, the PayPal history shows the payment made to Catchthemes on 4th April. Could you please help with this?
