Purchased Plugin just Disappeared

My purchased pro plugin just disappeared from my account. Thankfully, I had downloaded the packaged and saved a copy of the license key and that license key is still showing active; but, I'm not thrilled about the fact that I cannot access the invoice on my account, nor can I see the license. Has anyone else had this happen? And, if so, how did you get support to do anything, as I cannot open a support ticket since their system has decided I haven't purchased a Pro plugin....which I definitely did. This is not a good look, Catch Themes....
