Promotion Headline video link not working right

Hi! Is there any reason the link to the promotion video on YouTube doesn't start where the link tells it to start. I need it to start 8 minutes in, but it will only start at the beginning. I have tried the link outside of the website and it works fine. Thanks! Ima
