Promotion headline, featured content and WPML

Hello! Adventurous Pro (3.1) WPML (3.2.2) WPML string translation (2.2.2). Sites main language: Swedish Sites second language: English Sites admin language: Swedish I enter Promotion headline in English I translate Promotion headline to Swedish using WPML String translation. Everything works fine. Swedish start page shows Swedish promo headline, English start page shows English promo headline. But! If I go back to Theme options / promo headline then the Swedish texts are back in the form!? Am I doing something wrong here? It would be quite convenient if the english texts stayed in place! Same thing happens for Featured content! best regards Johan
