Promotion headline colors not working

Hi guys, I'm trying to "customize" the look and feel of the promotion headline on my home page, but colors I'm trying to change on the: Promotion Headline Title Color Promotion Headline Button Background Color Promotion Headline Button Text Color Do not work...is there a bug?
