Promotion headline add HTML form code

Hi... Trying to add HTML form code to the Promotion Headline / subhead / button area. Not having any luck. Trying to do a simple short contact form here. It looks like some HTML is usable but some is being stripped out (sanitized?). Also tried adding shortcode from Contact Form 7. No luck there either.
