Promotion Header Title will not change colour

I have been trying to change the title color in the promotion header to 2e3192 with no joy I am running a child theme. If I change the text color it changes every thing in the promotion header to that color including the title. the site is. https://wildwesttours.co.uk Your help on this would be gratefully received
