Problems with version Catch Box Pro 4.3.1 –

Since I upgrade the to 4.3.1, I have the following three issues. My site is pmags.com. I believe these issues to be related. 1. The "#mobile-header-left-nav" option appears in the desktop version of my site on Chrome only. FireFox and Safari render fine. However, any browser on the mobile version has this issue. 2. Not by coincidence I think, the menu options are missing from the mobile site display (Android, iPad) regardless of browser used (Safari, Chrome). 3. All the menu options appear at the bottom of the webpage when using Chrome only for desktop. Thoughts? thank you, Paul
