problems with home page

Good day, I just bought the solid construction pro template, I installed it as explained in the instructions. the problem is that when choosing in the settings of cover page, static page and choose a page (I have created a page with an initial name without content - empty) the template is shown in its entirety but also a section with the title is displayed . What should I do to prevent that section from appearing?
