Problems with Essential Grid plugin

My website uses Rock Star Pro, https://www.arianekirtley.com. We are using a plugin called Essential Grid by CodeCanyon. It is not working correctly. Try it on this page: https://www.arianekirtley.com/about-ariane/mothering-globally/ I tried testing to see if another plugin might be the problem: I disabled all the other plugins except the Essential Grid and switched to the default WP them Twenty Fifteen. The EG worked with all the plugs as I reactivated them. But when I switched back to Rock Star Pro, the Essential Grid stopped working again. Any suggestions? Thank you
