Problems adding links to other web pages

Hi, I have updated my blog perfecting50.co.uk and now am having problems adding links. Using the picture icon to add links I get the screen to add the address of the web page I want to link to and chance to add my chosen text for it and I check the box for it to open a new window and then click insert/update and I see my chosen word in "blue" and the address, but when I save, it doesn't save ? I also sometimes get two of the text boxes to add the link address to and cannot remove it. Either way it doesn't save my links. Can you help ? Many thanks
