Problem with Top Page – Bug? – Cant' Edit

I Was editing the page when suddently there's no featured image, only a gray area with a text "Blog" I have done everything but wasn't able to fix it. The page is configured as "Post Page", where all the posts must be show this is the page It's about the gray top area Just wanted to use a featured image =/
