problem with the upgrade to version 0,3

Good afternoon. I have setup two sites (one to test, the other one to publish) and they are totaly identical. But since I’ve apply the upgrade on the one I would to publish (because I'm upgrading it with more informations) I’ve the problem that the images have changed, on top of the Header secondary menu, I've the content of this Header secondary menu. I don’t have a Header Right Menu. I’ve only Header Secondary Menu and the two sites are the same but this problem has come since the upgrade to version 0,3. The pity is I can't join pictures of both sites to show the problem.
