Problem with the menu modern

Hi I have set the menu in the ribbon to modern. When looking at the PC, the menu bar is at the bottom of the page. I cannot open the manual here because it wants to open downwards. Here, however, it would have to open upwards. https://schneegetraenke.ch/ Many thanks for the help regards Heinz
