Problem with the language after switching to Pro

Hi, after I activated the Chicago Pro yesterday, the language has changed to English, although WP is German. Now I've changed several times in WP between German, English and Spanish to test it. Unfortunately without success. The menus are always output in English. In the free version that worked perfectly, not in the pro version. Does anyone have an idea or how I can change this?
