Problem with the internationalization of the year in the footer

Hello everyone I prepare locally* a redesign of my site with the Full Frame theme. I like it because it is very fast to load. I am French, and I noticed an error in the internalisation of the year on copyright in the footer. '</a>' ); The mention "all rights reserved" is well translated in french, but the year does not appear at all. As I work locally, I can not show the site, so I put a screenshot of the footer.
