Problem with parallax frame pro

Goodnight! I have parallax frame pro but at the time of publishing my website, I can not use any of the theme features. I can visualize the feactures in the web page but I can't edit the information of the feactures in the editor panel (wordpress) since in the editor when changing the configuration it presents me as inactive or disable! HelpME Please!
