Problem with Page Header on Multilingual-Site

Hello. I´ve got a Problem with the Header under the Featured Slider. My Homepage has two languages (German and English). On the german site i disabled that header. But i don´t knwo how to do it on the english Version. On the Englisch Site you can read following: Error 404-Page NOT Found Ready to publish your first post? Get started here.
