Problem with Featured Content Layout

I am using the 3 section featured content layout. When I check the box to move the featured content to above the footer, the 3rd section shows up below the other 2. If I uncheck the box and the content moves up, it goes back to 3 across. I would like this section to be above the footer. www.azhomesandliving.com Tried on Chrome and Explorer (Windows 10 version) Thanks for your help.
