Problem with Featured Content Display

I have the 4 x 4 set up in the customizer, no issues with my code that I can see in the editor etc. Sometimes the featured content appears fine, other times there are large spacing issues. Image attached- please let me know if there is a way to fix. www.simplyitalianwine.com
