Problem arrows slider after updating

Hello, Sorry for my english I'm french. I have just done the last update of my theme. I noticed that arrows (of slider?) appeared between my header and my content, how to get rid of it? I would also add my google font in the header.php of my theme but I don't know where to put it, usually I put it before the </ head>. I have a child theme but I never knew how to create a head.php file in it so I always modified the catch box theme by adding the line of code corresponding to my font google font.
