Problem activating Simple Catch Pro on WP

Yesterday I upgraded my WP blog to the Simple Catch pro. I used the instructions for "Installing Using the Administration Panel" #1-5. Everything seemed fine until I hit 'activate" on WP. My blog and my admin panel were completely blank. I contacted tech on my server and they reset their default WP template. They said it seems that the theme 'simple-catch-pro' was causing the issue. They asked me to contact you and ask for the server requirement for this theme so they can investigate further why it's not working. Thx for the help.
