Pro upgrade questions

I have some questions about the upgrade. 1) Is the upgrade locked to a single domain? If so, can the pro version be transferred to a differ domain if needed in the future? (I am building a test site on one domain (test.com) and would want to transfer it to a new domain for the finished version (test2.com) 2) Is there a time limit on support for the pro version, especially updates?
