Primary Sidebar Not Showing After Update

Hi, I updated Catch Base Pro and the primary sidebar is at the bottom. I've checked every layout setting. It is set to "Content, Primary Side Bar" but the sidebar isn't showing. I want that layout on every page. What can I do to get it back. http://premium.talkleft.com Thanks very much
