Primary Sidebar doesn't show on pages

I have just upgraded from Catch Base to Catch Base Pro. I have two versions o the site: production and test. In test things work correctly, but in production they don't. I have set up both a Primary Sidebar and an Optional Homepage Sidebar. They are identical. The Optional Homepage Sidebar shows up, but the Primary Sidebar doesn't show up on any of the pages. On both sites, I have the pages all set to "Content, Primary Sidebar" Layout. I tried removing all the widgets from the Primary Sidebar and then adding them in again, but that doesn't seem to change anything. Any ideas?
