Primary Menu's link bug

When seeing in smart phone size, there is a bug with the Primary Menu. For example, when seeing demo pages(http://catchthemes.com/demo/catch-everest/) in smart phone size, the links of the Primary Menu which turned into an accordion menu has changed to "http://catchthemes.com/demo/catch-everest/#http://catchthemes.com/themes/catch-everest/xxx". Please fix! Thanks.
