Primary Menu

Hello - I know that it is probably something simple, but I can't figure out why the menu is 'jumping' when you click on an item. It looks like a line height issue, but I can't find it. When you move from one page to another the text 'jumps'. The .url is www.counselingforclergy.com Thanks, Gretchen
