Primary Menu position – distance to logo and on bottom

Hi I have added a Logo to the primary menu bar on top. I want to create a space of 100px from the logo to the menu bar --> moving the menu bar 100px to the right. Next to that the menu bar currently sticks to the top, I want to keep it to the bottom. Thanks your for your great support. Stefan
