Primary Menu Issues: Site Title & Search Bar Icon

Hi! I'm having two issues with my site: 1) I have an uploaded logo for my menu bar, but I can't get the site title to disappear. Even with the 'Display Site Title and Tagline' box unchecked the title is still visible... 2) My box with the search bar icon is oddly half-off the left side of the browser window.. I can only see about half of it! 3) I am unable to change the color of the box behind the search bar icon in the customizer... Some (or all) of these problems may have been caused somewhere in my custom CSS editing... My site is not live so please contact me if you need a WP guest login for my site to see it!
