Primary menu is missing

Hi, I'm working on a new website using the latest version of Kathmandu Pro and V5.8 of wordpress and I can't seem to get the primary menu to display. The secondary menu displays below the header image ok but the primary menu is nowhere to be seen. The URL is https://6za.8bc.myftpupload.com Thanks Paul
