Primary and secondary menu

Hei I have today bought simple catch pro theme and is in the process of getting it set up so it could look like I want it. I have three questions I need help with: - Is it possible to put the secondary category menu up under the primary menu? - Is it possible to have 3 columns instead of just 2? - Will it be possible to put a footer widget into the bottom of my blog?
