Previous and Next Post css and Pro Version

Hi there. I have two questions. The first is about the CSS for the links to previous and next posts. What is that called in the stylesheet? I want to put them up on the top of the page so people can easily navigate from one post to the next. Right now it is on the bottom. The second question is around the Pro version. What support is different between the free and Pro versions? What are the other key differences? I am happy to upgrade but I don't see a ton of differences on the upgrade page. Please advise. Thank you!!
