Preview looks great, reality includes removed demo content

I made a graphic to show you what I am talking about as it is difficult to explain. Kathmandu Preview vs Reality Originally, I was drawn to the slider and color of this theme as it matches the rest of the existing ASP website I have been upgrading. That being said, it seems I am having weird issues with it displaying properly. In the graphic above, you can ssee that the "Popular Places" is not in the Live Preview, but online it is. The only reason you are seeing houses in the image on the right is that I manually replaced the graphics that were pointed to that were hard coded into the theme. But as you can see I am unable to remove the descriptions and change them to our content. I even removed the whole slider feature, which seems to not work for me (not pictured) as it previews fine but the online it puts the content in the header bar which doesn't fit obviously and just doesn't work for me. We are considering going Premium as well but wanted to know the benefits of doing so other than automated "White Label" options. Are there any other features? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
