Preview image for Facebook: Where to add

Hi Where in the Simple Catch Pro Theme can I save the preview image for Facebook Shares (and other social media) and the description of my blog. I can't do anything like this in the debugger and there are no pictures showing and just an description from my latest blogpost. Thank you very much. Sarah
