Pre-purchase question

Just bought A Katmandu Pro theme and love it! Now want to get Everest Pro but I have a challenge in front of me. The site will be hosted in Poland (Polish installation of Wordpress - no other options on server). I need to create a bi-lingual site - arabic/english - and will purchase WPML CMS version to make it happen (unless you suggest otherwise). Will this work? Many thanks in advance of your fast response.
