Posts page displays title "Archive"

I have created a page named "recipes" and designed that through Settings > Reading as the Posts page. When I view this page it shows the posts, which are individual recipes, however, the page title which sits across the Header Image says "Archive" not "Recipes" which is the actual page title. Why and how do I fix it? Also, it shows the posts in a grid layout which is fine, but above that, it has heading "Recent Posts", how do I customise that text?
