Posts not seen on Homepage???

HI: Can someone please help me and tell me why my website does not show the post on my Home Page. It was visible for a few days but suddenly its gone. I have put 4 posts. The site name is http://harekrsnaharekrsna.com/ (Everest theme) Also the link to post comes as... http://harekrsnaharekrsna.com/but-most-people-only-see-the-devil-and-not-god-hare-k%E1%B9%9B%E1%B9%A3%E1%B9%87a-hare-k%E1%B9%9B%E1%B9%A3%E1%B9%87a/ Please help!
